How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service via our Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

Can I amend my order ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

You have 14 days to notify us of any issues with your order.

You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns information.

How do I make a warranty claim?

How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?

Shipping times vary according to country, the information below should be used as a guideline/estimate.

NOTE: All shipping times do not account for any unforeseen delays on carrier site.

We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or. We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

Shipping

All orders are prepared within 12 to 24 business hours from the order confirmation date.

Depending on the country selected, the carrier in charge of delivering your order will be one of those on this list: GLS, SEUR-DPD, UPS, DHL, Colissimo, Evri, Estafeta, Royal Mail, USPS, Fedex

We are not responsible for factors external to PHOEBE'S that may delay or prevent a delivery and that are not covered by our logistics partners.

Note: we do not ship to PO boxes.
