Shipping Policy

All orders are prepared within a period of 12 to 24 business hours after order confirmation.

The carrier in charge of delivery will depend on the country selected and the type of service (express or standard), some of our logistics partners being: GLS, SEUR-DPD, UPS, DHL, CORREOS, FEDEX, and ROYAL MAIL.

All shipments are certified and include a tracking number, which will be provided and notified at the time of dispatch of the package.

PHOEBE'S is not responsible for delays or inconveniences in delivery caused by factors external to our operation and that are not covered by our logistics partners.

We are not responsible for those factors external to PHOEBE'S that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners.
